last night i checked the weather forecast online & they showed light rain for this morning. but in the morning while the sidewalks were wet, the sky was fairly clear. throughout the day it grew more and more beautiful—the warmest day yet this spring? definitely on the perfect side of sunny with light (neutral! warm even!) breezes. and i was stewing as the forecast changing to "pm drizzle." i left work, and it was still beautiful. with the extra daylight it's even more enjoyable. except i am disappointed that i missed the early evening shower because i was already home.

such are the concerns of one who just bought a new umbrella yesterday.
